Robin Boyd Foundation

Working with a group of students at the University of Melbourne, I devloped an exhibition of archived plans, letters and photographs relating to the work of architect Robin Boyd, displayed in Boyd's own Walsh Street house. I conducted research and collected material, culminating in a study of Boyd's 'House of Tomorrow', a display home exhibited inside the Royal Exhibition Buidling in 1949.
I produced a scale model which was exhibited next to Wolfgang Sievers' photographs of the house, as well as the original pamphlet for the 1949 exhibition and a copy for visitors to read. The display was complimented by a set Featherston chairs similar to those in the original display home. I also developed content labels and written material to be included in the associated publication.
